New York Lottery and advertising agency DDB from New York have released this funny video.

The spot takes place at the bars – tens and tens of bars. When the clock hits 10 PM bartenders announce free drinks. It’s on Steve! The drinks are flowing as people all around the world raise their glass and cheer for Steve. Apparently he has won in a lottery and can allow himself the craziest splurge!
